It's set up by renowned graffiti artist, a Parisian named André (borned and raised in France).

There is a catch though, the hotel does not have any television set or telephone, opting rather for vintage porno magazines and limited edition Bearbrick figurines as decor. I guess they stand by their belief that that is the way to be cool.
