Singnet or Starhub???
I'm also eyeing the free 32" Samsung LCD HDTV from previous offers but I ain't sure if a same or better deal surfaces again. :x

If you don't really get it, it means if there's a traffice jam, the speed will slow down. In this case reffering to internet traffice. lolol.
7pm to 10pm is the worst for Starhub's broadband users? Is this true? :x
