Saturday, May 31, 2008 hello dudes..have been literally lazy for the past few weeks..naws..there was assignments..ARE assignments too..skips topic.. just a brief post as i have vocal techniques training 2ml.. right just now, went to try this technique on my vocal range.. this is a technique only available after a certain technique..meaning a sort of voice you can get only after a technique.. here's the video..just tried it for fun..so dun flame me...XD on quite the same topic, i shall bring you the highest vocal ever, by men.. C# it's totally off the piano!!!!!!! no such key on a normal piano.. goddamn..you guys..listen to it..his voice will be kinda screeching and whistling..XD let's welcome Adam Lopez!~ once again did a cover on the newest song lin jun jie composed.. it's 爱与希望 (Ai Yu Xi Wang) this song was composed for victims of the Sichuan Earthquake Disaster.. lyrics, this time round, was done by lin jun jie's music friend i think.. Posted by BearBrickER at 12:58 AM Monday, May 19, 2008 So I just found that I have the same birthday as Rain, the Korean Dancer/Singer..LOL 25 June is our birthday..hahahs.. these few weeks I've been doing loads of music related stuff and school projects.. very busy.. last thursday was my cousin Jessie's wedding and my family and I went for the tea ceremony in the morning at about 10am..in fact, there's an earlier tea ceremony at 6am plus. If I had went for that, I would have woken up at about 3am..=.=" will upload the photos of the wedding very soon!~ Right..I am now a student of 海蝶音乐森林!~ I am there every sat in the afternoon to train on vocal techniques.. my instructor's Huan Jie..quite a good one.. last week, we did a voice analysis..the whole group of 9 did it.. I fall under the Tenor voice type which is the highest male voice within the modal register.. one of my friend who goes there with me weekly falls under Baritone, which is the type of male voice that lies between bass and tenor..(KL, if you're viewing my blog, this is the definition I came across).. In fact, there's another voice type called Countertenor..it's considered a voice type but classified under the falsetto register..which means 假音..a mixture of both modal and falsetto..both KL and I can be considered Countertenor also in the falsetto sense.. Main ones (modal register) are the Bass, Baritone and Tenor voice types.. Kl's falsetto is higher than me by a key!~ shall need to do more exercises to increase my 假音.. My modal is higher than KL which means he has to practice more too..everybody needs to including me.. Also, have been wanting to get an acoustic guitar with a special back cover (back of the guitar which is of a different design)..saw 2 of them at 海蝶..was told to drop by on weekdays to engage Tino (海蝶 Guitar Instructor) for help on the guitars..still, will probably head down to Peninsula to look a wider range (went last week but didn't really comb the area)..
