Wednesday, January 30, 2008 Can you imagine getting PAID literally just to study?!? WTH America!? lol..right now..more than a dozen states have already offered students money to study.. In suburban Atlanta (great example)..a pair of schools last week kicked off a program that will pay 8th- and 11th-grade students $8 an hour for a 15-week "Learn & Earn" after-school study program (the minimum wage for working in america is currently $5.85). =.=" let's say 3 days per week and 2 hours per lesson..each student gets to earn $720 over 15 weeks!! 720USD= S1022.40 why don't singapore try out this method?? Aights..so about tuesday.. met up with zaidi, raymond and han jie at vivo city.. watched AVP2..it was average..actually didn't quite like it..lol 3 stars..** went walking around after the movie and got kinda bored so decided to head home.. and when raymond and i tapped our ez-links, zaidi and han jie were behind.. turned out han jie misplaced his ez-link..man..both of them went back to search for it but to no avail so i guess hj will need to get a replacement.. Bid farewell to raymond at JE..zaidi and i continued to boon lay.. went into jurong point to shop for apparel for CNY..quite early right?!? lawls..XD went to Options as I saw some nice outfits when I went there a few days back..
