yeah, had a bbq cum steamboat at my house on 31st of dec, 2006. quite fun! at first, i got only 2 ppl coming. In the end, got 10 over came...HAHAHAX!!! thank you to them! they are sly, jia hui, lydia, michelle, koh wei, shi min, yee mun, qian ying?, wei jun, chang heng, my neighbours (rachel and nicole). the bbq started at about 5pm...then around that time, very close friends from Oregon, America paid us a visit. They were auntie dawn, uncle jeff and echo...thanx guys for coming down!!!
i took on the role of a tour guide for the westwood estate. i led uncle jeffery and echo around the whole estate...chat quite a lot in american accent with them, wahhaha, i'm in tune with them!...they went off after quite some time... and uncle jeff asked my mum the question that was posed many times: when are we going to Oregon to pay them a visit? coz we haven't done so since they shifted house a few years back. so i guess i'm going there most probably next year or else the following year... they live in a extra large house, much bigger than a bungalow! they even have a swimming pool, a tennis court and a large shed there!!! OMG! VERY NEAT! I WANNA GO THERE RIGHT NOW! lolx...well, they are leaving SG 2dae and i think they had already left so Bon Voyage guys!
WELL, back to the bbq, the big group arrived quite late. the early ones were lydia, michelle and jia hui...so we counted down with channel 5 and woots, we entered 2007! very cool day!
